An engineer by early training and MBA—he also completed executive education from Harvard Business School’s OPM program—Anand is celebrated for his transformational leadership and forward-looking vision. Throughout his career, he has steered the expansion of Frontier Group across multiple sectors and holds or has held strategic directorship positions across a portfolio of affiliated entities

Manu N Wadhwa brings over 24 years of diverse work experience, having held global leadership roles at American Express, served as CHRO for Coca-Cola India and General Electric, and is currently the CHRO for Sony Pictures India. Recognized for her impactful leadership, she has been featured among the Top 25 Most Influential Women in 2025 and 2024 by Business World, the Top 50 HR Thought Leaders by Economic Times in 2024 and 2022, and was named among India’s Most Influential 40 Under 40 in 2014. Earlier in her career, she was honored as HR Asia Pacific Woman of the Year in 2011. She also served as the Regional Chair for the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) – West from 2021 to 2023.
